Our Returns Terms & Conditions
We are happy to accept items that have not been worn,
have original swing tags attached, and are in resalable condition if
returned within 28 days from the day you receive your parcel.
We
are currently unable to offer exchanges. Items that have not been
purchased using our website
www.valentinarose.co.uk
will not be accepted. Items bought elsewhere will need to be returned
to the retailer you made your purchase from.
How To Return Unwanted Items
United Kingdom Returns
1.
Package unwanted item(s) carefully and safely. Where possible, please
use the original packaging.
2. Fill in the return form
included inside your parcel.
3. Affix the return label
included inside your parcel.
4. You can return more than
one order in the same parcel, just make sure that you fill in a return
form for each separate order. To be kind to our planet, always reuse
our original packaging.
A return fee of £2.50 will be
automatically deducted from your refund if using our pre-paid return
label.
International Returns
1.

to follow the on-screen instructions. Here is where we will confirm
your return cost.
4. Print and affix your return label.

A Return
fee confirmed using the above process will be automatically deducted
from your refund.
Faulty Items
Please do not return a faulty item before you speak
to us first. Email us a photo of the garment’s internal label, a photo
of the whole item and a photo of the problem area at
info@valentinarose.co.uk
Refunds
We process returns and issue refunds to original payment
method, usually within 10 business days after we receive a return. We
appreciate your patience whilst we inspect the returned goods to
ensure they meet our return terms & conditions before any funds
can be refunded. We will email you once your refund has been issued.
Depending on the way you paid, the funds may take additional 10 business days to show on your statement. This time is dictated by your bank or card issuer so please do not hesitate to contact them for further information.
